As females we do have some bad habits!  ;)

One of these which can lead to knee, hip and back pain is standing with one hip sticking out!
This posture is soooooooo bad for us.

Try to always stand with your hip bones level and weight evenly placed through both legs. :)

My No More Mummy Tummy Yummy Muesli :)

I add a banana or 1/3 tin peaches with some coconut and cows milk and yoghurt 30mins before I eat it so when im doing the girls breakfasts and lunchboxes. 

I roast on top in a large frying pan using coconut oil. 

Oats first
then add coconut threads and pumpkin seeds
Turn heat off and add mixed nuts I used:
Peacans
Almonds
Pistachios
Hazelnuts

Goji berries added last waiting until cooled down before adding in some raisins (can leave out for minimal sugar)

This is the protein breakfast smoothie. Everything is fast and super easy to make with minimal ingredients!  Perfect for busy mums and if you are on a budget :)

Butternut breakfast Smoothie

1/2 can full fat coconut milk
1 can of water
1 x banana
2 x dessert spoons of crunchy organic peanut or almond butter
2 tsp honey.

Serves 2 adults and 2 kids :)

Poor posture with an increased anterior tilt- excessive lumber lordosis…think Donald Duck back can lead to short and tight hip flexor muscles. 

 Not only will this increase lower back pain and core muscle weakness but over facillitated hip flexors can cause incorrect baby presentation such as posterior and transverse. 

If your psoas muscles are tight then do this stretch daily during your pregnancy and you may just have to stretch one side. :)
